Editing NPCs

For the majority of the commands, you need to "have an NPC selected", what does it mean?

Some commands support using the NPC's manual ID along with the command, but the best way to edit your NPC without having to manually enter the ID every time is to select it.

You can select the NPC by looking at it (or standing close enough) and using the command below:

/npc select
